|This ministry has a distinct kingdom, Messianic vision, identifying with God’s call and plan for the Jewish people and the church. My position is pre-trib! Personally: I was saved in 1976 while working as a war correspondent, journalist, photographer, artist and environmentalist. My calling is to share these great end-time dramas, to stand as a watchman and above all, to glorify my God.|

Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

Humanism, the curse of the last days:
This is the single biggest issue of our day and the biggest item defining the eternal great gulf between heaven and hell. Humanism has been around since the day dot, but today it is a most deadly, powerful satanic force being propagated by hordes of hell-bound celebrities, politicians, church leaders and occult religions.
Humanism, a definition:
It is a belief system rejecting true Biblical religion in favour of naturalistic materialism and metaphysics. It rejects the supernatural. It believes that humans are evolutionary products of nature alone. It sees brain power as supreme and rejects any afterlife. It believes that mankind can solve its own problems through reason and intellect, by being fundamentally of the same mind. It believes that morals and values are variable based on your personal experience and choice. Its highest goal is love, happiness and peace based on self-will and glorification. Earthly experience rather than God-founded values and virtues are supreme. The overall purpose is to achieve the greater good of humanity. It is centred on the universal equality and validity of all experience.
According to some dictionaries the definition is this: It denies any power or moral value superior to that of humanity. Man is the measure of all things. In fact you can bring the definition of humanism down to two words: Me Now!
►There is a fast growing twist on this definition amongst many Christians today. They believe in God, but apply knowingly or otherwise, all the other tenents of humanism.
One of the desperate needs of people is to be forgiven, and feel forgiven, wanted and valuable. But what humanism does is it removes sin and evil by removing the law of God. So now modern man is left guilty in this nightmare world of variable values. Instead of going to our Lord for His forgiveness through the cross, they go to the local shrink who himself needs even more help!
They explain away their feelings of sin and inadequacy, but are left inwardly guilty and condemned to hell in their ignorance. They blame - shift and try to clear the air. They blame the values of God, so they remove them. But they are dead in their guilt and sin. They can’t get rid of the inner turmoil, simply because they are not right with God.
Please read and re-read my following statements. They are crucial, central and vitally important; so much so that these two statements are the essence of the impassable gulf between heaven and hell!
►Humanism’s chief ingredients are love and peace. Love can operate outside the cross of Messiah!
►The true church has truth as its chief ingredient. Truth can never operate or exist without the cross of Messiah.
If you can see and understand the powerful truth contained in these two statements alone – you are well on the way to victory.
Many say that life’s purpose is to love and be good. Outside of the cross, that is the road to hell. Of course there is nothing wrong with loving and being good, but it has no spiritual value outside of salvation and won’t get you saved.
Humanism removes the judgment of God, the cross of Messiah, end-time teaching (eschatology) and deep Biblical doctrine.
Hell is the end of humanism. (By the way humanism is not humanitarianism.)
Getting saved is easy and it’s free, but then comes the costly, time consuming part. Even once we’ve matured in the Lord we still “see through a glass darkly”. Of course things progress and get better as we advance and move forward in Messiah, but don’t think that we will comprehend everything this side of resurrection.
We must see that our glorious Messiah is not only our substitute in death but also in life. In Him we are delivered from eternal death, but also from trying to live this life in the energy of the flesh. Sin is a heavy burden, but trying to be free is a greater burden. A living tree doesn’t strive to produce fruit; it just does.
Out Lord does not expect us to try to be good, but to die! The highest life, deep in God, is only attainable through cross-death leading to resurrection life. One who has touched this real spiritual life will identify with it in another immediately. Only these have spiritual authority and power to live the Godly way.
By cross-death I mean all that comes to us through the death of Messiah on His cross, AND the taking up of our own cross, daily.
We must recognise these wonderful holy contradictions.
●Those who are experiencing the depths of God, have died, yet are more alive than ever before.
●I lose my life to save it.
●I become full of wisdom when I deliver my self-reason to defeat and cross-death.
●I empty myself to be full of God’s life, love and peace.
It’s the power of the cross that delivers us from all bondage and destroys our enemies.
The power of the cross has a counterfeit which is human reasoning and intellect.
The great humanist cries:
Genesis 3:5 “In the day you eat of it, your eyes shall be opened and you shall be as God.” This was Satan’s original lie. This is still his way today. He entices the world to think that they can do it and create world peace.
John 18:40 “Give us Barabbas.” He was the murderer released in place of the Messiah of love and peace. Did you know that the name Barabbas means “son of the father”? The world today still operates under the power of the father of Barabbas, Satan, trying to create a world of peace and harmony, but driven by the counterfeit and the world’s biggest murderer – Satan.
Mark 15:30 “Come down from the cross and save yourself.” This is the cry of all humanists and the self-power behind all attempts to save oneself and bring peace to the world. The energy of the flesh and the energy of the Spirit are worlds apart.
I don’t know the number, but humanism is perhaps the unwritten philosophy of 95% of the world.
Far too many are successful failures. They think they deserve salvation because they are essentially good and worthy in their own strength.
There is a consistency in the talk and beliefs of those under the sway of humanism. They hero-worship the same people and elevate the same things like abortion, homosexuality etc. They blend and merge certain philosophies that suit themselves. And the things that God has condemned they love or are neutral on.
They can only see the Lamb in a manger, but not through to the resurrection and the Lion.
1 Corinthians 2:14 “The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God for they are foolishness; nor can he know them, for they are spiritually discerned.”
Proverbs 28:4 “Those who forsake the law (word) praise the wicked.”
Isaiah 59:8 “The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that path will not know peace.”
Humanism in all its forms, including in the church, in these end-days, is becoming more satanically charged. There is a powerful occult force behind it, now intensifying. Most can’t see it or hear it and are entertaining these devils in their blindness.
The fact that most people today worship celebrity and everything the media says and does shows firstly how gullible they are and secondly, how far down the road into these catastrophic end-times the world is.
Humanist’s warriors and satanic bedfellows:
The unsaved world’s religion is humanism.
They operate in love accepting everyone except those of the cross of Messiah.
Those who have the unredeemed blood of Adam in them see those with the true blood and Sprit of God working in them as evil enemies.
The great enmity between the Godly and the godly will be intensified and manifest in the conflict between Godly good and human good.
Humanism’s champions include all of the Interfaith Movement, the World Council of Churches, all New World Order organisations, Hollywood, the world’s media and others. Individual humanist heroes include Oprah, Obama, Mandela, Tutu, Francis, Theresa and others.
Hollywood mocks the cross of Messiah and neutralises the conviction of God. Hollywood enforces upon its servants the values of Satan. Hollywood and the entertainment world is the world’s “bible”.
Do you know what freedom is and do you know what slavery is? Freedom is being free to fulfil God’s calling and will for your life and to move forward in obedience to Him. Slavery is following the world. Being one with the ways of the world and its opinions is the very definition of slavery to Satan.
Jeremiah 17:5 “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord.”
Isaiah 5:20 “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness; who put sweet for bitter and bitter for sweet! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes.”
Jeremiah 14:10-11 “They have loved to wander and have not restrained their feet, therefore the Lord does not accept them...Do not pray for this people, for their good.”
Malachi 2:17 “You have wearied the Lord with your words...in that you say everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the Lord and He delights in them.”
Pastor reading this – do you want a church full of weak sell-outs and compromisers who will always give you trouble? Then preach the word of tolerance with the world. Be relevant to the world.
Humanism in the church:
Job 15:8 “Have you heard of the secret council of God, do you limit wisdom to yourself?”
John 5:30 “I can of My own self do nothing; as I hear I judge; and My judgement is righteous because I seek not My own will, but the Father who sent Me.” (These are the words of Messiah.)
As a humanist you are not saved. You do not have the work of the shed blood and cross of Messiah in you. You are stone dead. Your prayer is an abomination to God and He will not even hear you.
Isaiah 1:15 “When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not hear you. Your hands are full of blood.”
Much of the church is full of humanists; they just haven’t defined their belief systems and compared them with the truth of God’s word – all of it. They are really no different to the world.
May I share some personal testimony? Way back in the late 70s and early 80s I was in a church pastured by a not-so-ex hippie, biker, and ex circus clown, but he was a real radical for the Lord. One day he told us that we were not valuable and precious, but scum with the value of a worm. I was offended at first, but the more I thought about it, the more I realised I was just that, and a rat and other things too. (Isaiah 64:6)
His thesis was that until you realise what a rat you are, you are useless in God’s hands. He said, “God must kill you because you are worse than a rat.” “O, you didn’t know God is in the killing business”, he said.
We can only take this journey by choice. We must each go through our own Gethsemane. How can you say, “I’ve been crucified with Messiah”? You can’t unless you see your need to die. Only criminals got crucified. Today people are not taught that they are death-deserving criminals before God. That is just why the church is full of superficial self-centred counterfeits.
►It’s only as we all realise what scum we are that we can appreciate our need to be killed by God’s cross. Now we can say, “I’ve been crucified with Christ; it’s no longer I that live but Christ that lives through me.” I’ve was crucified because I deserved it!
This is just why the modern church is so incredibly shallow. It is filled with people who believe they are so special they deserve the life of Messiah without cross-death. Only once you and I have decreased and He has increased can we fully partake in the blessing of resurrection and abundant life now.
The word “holiness” means “separation” or to be “apart from.” It means to be separate from the spirit of the world, Satan, the demonic and all such things. It means to be cleansed, set apart and different from all that has not gone through the cross of Messiah.
►Do you know that the meaning of the word Ararat is? It is “holy ground.” The ark of Noah came to rest on Mount Ararat. That’s powerful symbolism. It’s only after the judgement of God that we can be on holy ground. You can apply this principle to the cross and to all coming end-time judgements and events.
How to identify humanism in the church:
●They will cast down the importance of the scriptures especially from a literal-meaning point of view. They will have little interest in truth.
●They will exalt their own opinions above the word of God.
●They will cast down eschatology (end-times). They will be “end-time scoffers” (2 Peter 3:3)
●They will accept all the variable-value garbage created by the media.
●They will exalt human rights above God’s rights.
●They will lean strongly towards Interfaith.
●They will accept everything but those who proclaim the inerrant, literal truth of the scriptures. With these they will be argumentative.
●They will love the world and see no separation between the world and the kingdom of God.
●They will happily support all the pagan, occult traditions in the church and reject the true Biblical convocations.
God’s glorious answer:
Unfortunately this is only for the few. The masses within the church will never know the deep things of God. They are too full of modern idolatry to see.
Today people look at the Bible and see nothing but words. Like modern day Pharisees, they may look at the Light but in their pride, they see nothing but their own darkness.
Matthew 23:12 “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”
James 4:10 “Humble yourself before the mighty God and He will lift you up.”
Isaiah 57:15 “...I dwell in the high and holy place with him who has a contrite and humble spirit.”
John 3:30 “He must increase and I must decrease.” (These are the words of John the Baptist.)
The Biblical feats of Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles are a journey. We must go the way of the cross (Passover) and into the abundance of the Spirit (Pentecost) before we can tabernacle in God’s presence. Leave out Passover (the cross) or Pentecost (the infilling of the Spirit) and you will never get into the secret place of “tabernacling” with God.
We also see the powerful effects of meeting God face to face in the face of Moses. His face was forever changed after his encounter. Jacob was left limping for the rest of his day after a wrestling encounter with God. But this was when his name was changed from Jacob, which means “heel catcher” to Israel which means “triumphant with God.”
1 Kings 6:7 “The temple, when it was being built, was built with stone finished at the quarry, so that no hammer or tool was heard in the temple.”
People who are prepared by God are the ones who know their God and their God knows them. These are the ones with spiritual authority and true power in these days.
Believing in our Lord also means believing all He has said about you. Compromise will take the pressure off. Satan won’t bother a quitter. We must see through the media’s mist right into the mystery of God’s will and ways.
What you can do:
Job 42:5 “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my spiritual eye sees You, therefore I abhor myself and repent in dust and ashes.”
2 Corinthians 5:15 “He died for all that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.”
Please note one very important, often missed factor in the verse above. We are not to live for others or our ministry or good works, but for HIM. Only then will we be ready to have our lives “distributed” to others as He wills.
Applying the cross into our lives takes time, but it only comes by choice. Its results are glorious!
►Our great God will soon shake everything that can be shaken and the only ones who will stand securely are those who know their God. The Kingdom of the living God is unshakable! You have a choice before you. You can remain under all that is cursed and will be destroyed. The other alternative is to move from the cursed to the blessed and be blessed of our Lord.
►The way of peace is the way of the beast. The way of truth is the way of the Lamb. All that is of the beast ends in fire. If you don’t know it already – the Lamb is the eternal victor!
Zechariah 3:2 “And the Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?”
Zechariah 1:14-16 “I am zealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great zeal. I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease...I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it, says the Lord of hosts.”
Isaiah 51:3 “For the Lord (when) will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in it, thanksgiving and the voice of melody.”
I took this picture in the barren desert of Botswana. This area is called Kubu Island. The place is a dry dustland but very beautiful. Like Israel, today it is spiritually dry but there is locked up value and beauty in her about to unfold.
Job 12:10 “In whose hands (the Lord) is the life of every living thing and all the breath of all mankind.”
Shalom and grow in grace!
