|This ministry has a distinct kingdom, Messianic vision, identifying with God’s call and plan for the Jewish people and the church. My position is pre-trib! Personally: I was saved in 1976 while working as a war correspondent, journalist, photographer, artist and environmentalist. My calling is to share these great end-time dramas, to stand as a watchman and above all, to glorify my God.|

Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

How to prepare yourself for the days ahead:
Please note that this news section deals only with news events, which have a Biblical or prophetic aspect to them.
►Peace Talks update:
Isaiah 59:8 “The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that path will not know peace.”
A “new era” is what the world’s media is saying about Iran’s so-called peace imitative. It is nothing more than and just as superficial as your ugly neighbour coming over and saying let’s all hold hands and play ring a ring of roses. At this stage we also have an impasse on the go between the west and Syria, although Syria has agreed to have its chemical weapons and the program stopped in six months time. This is just about when the Palestinian / Israeli Peace Talks are due to end.
Please bear in mind that it is an Islamic strategy to make “peace” as a tool to conquer their enemies. Islam is most certainly burning with peace. So, this “new era” of peace may just be a great deception which will also spin-off on the Peace Talks. Iran and Syria are not part of the Peace Talks agenda, but the mood may spread. Could it be that we are entering this “new era” just at the “right” time? Could it be that the Peace Talks may just succeed, preparing the way ahead for the launch of the tribulation!
If the Peace Talks break down completely, there is no chance of the tribulation period starting anytime soon. If they do make progress and come to a conclusion, even with a few temporary breaks, then we are set for the most climactic events the world has ever seen to begin next year.
A peace covenant must be in place and ready to be confirmed (signed) at the start of the tribulation (Daniel 9:27).
►“Peace, peace”! Do you see what I see? Some sort of “peace” deal may soon be set up with Syria. Some sort of “peace” deal may soon be set up with Iran. These and other initiatives on the go now may be the start of much peace-talk in the Middle East. This may not be coincidental at all. A wave of shallow peace efforts could inspire the big peace-talks with Israel and the Palestinians.
Yes the end-time scenario is characterised by war and rumours of wars, but that won’t be everywhere at the same time. We don’t know how the peace efforts will work out exactly, but this could be a pre-cursor to one of the biggest satanic deceptions ever. It won’t take much for the world’s leaders and the public at large to buy and swallow the peace talk in the Middle East.
1 Thessalonians 5:3 “When they say peace and safety then comes sudden destruction.”
The remarkable thing about this verse above is that “peace” comes before destruction. Normally peace comes after war and destruction. Here peace comes first, to create the great deception, before great destruction.
►General news items:
How to prepare yourself for the days ahead:
Many things in life give you a second chance. Thank God He gives us many second chances also. But there is no second chance once we have stepped into eternity. Most people do not grasp the gravity of this fact. Everything you have ever done now is wrapped up and we receive eternal reward or loss of reward.
Our eternal state and position in the eternal Kingdom of God is set and decided by what we did with our God-given lives while we were here on earth. We are rewarded for what we did in obedience to our Lord. People will not be rewarded for a “glass of water given”, but for a “glass of water given in His name” We will be rewarded for how we responded to and fulfilled God’s plan for each of us.
Your eternal safety:
Don’t underestimate these words for one second! In the coming days of outpoured deception, the love of the truth and a soft heart before our Lord will be your safety. Your personal love of the truth will cause our Lord to reveal truth to you in dimensions related to your love for truth.
If you go with the opinions of the world and even many churches you are in trouble. The verse below is part of a wider end-time discourse. It is the tragedy of our time.
Isaiah 59:14 “...Truth is fallen in the street”
If you, in your foolishness walk over Gods inspired truth, He is not obligated to give you truth. In fact He will make sure you are deluded! I know some of you can’t believe that, but here it is:
2 Thessalonians 2:11 “For this reason (they didn’t receive the love of the truth) God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie.”
You see, God is in the deluding and blinding business. That’s to those who are proud and self-willed! Tragically, many churches have elevated their own doctrines above God’s word and they are now deluded. The result is a divided kingdom and you know where that ends!
Famine and poverty:
No this is not about the starving masses, it is about the great majority of believers who are starving to death in spiritual terms, and don’t even know it. In most cases they have themselves to blame for allowing it, but it is also the shallow shepherds who are just as responsible.
Amos 8:11-12 “The days are coming says the Lord God, that I will send a famine on the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst of water, but of hearing the words of the Lord...They shall run to and fro seeking the word of the Lord, but will not find it.”
Deuteronomy 8:3 “...Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.”
Proverbs 27:12 “A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, the simple pass on and are punished.”
Today pastors won’t take a stand because they are success orientated and not full-truth orientated. In fact they must deny a large part of the Bible. There’s a huge difference between a pastor with a shepherd’s heart and a company CEO, with dollar signs in his eyes! A further reason why pastors won’t take a stand especially on issues like Israel is that Satan has blinded them to it
The spoon-fed believers of today are starved of life-giving truth. They are carbon-copies of what and who has fed them. They have just enough nice happy word to fit neatly into modern society.
I know a number of Christians who have been saved for many years, but they are half-baked. They know and regurgitate the same stuff all the time. They ignore the deep things of God.
Many churches are useless in preparing you to be a Kingdom member (no divisions). Most churches are professional institutions and run just like a business. They are subject to those who pay their salaries and fill their buildings on Sundays. They dare not rock the boat too much. Like a business, they are in opposition to their “competitors.”
It’s in their interests to teach prosperity and how you can be successful in the world, but they do not teach how to “hate your life in the world” and how to “deny self” and how to come out and be separate. Or how about this as a sermon topic for your modern prosperity preachers:
1 John 2:15-16 (Amp) “Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh (the craving for sensual gratification) and the lust of the eyes (greedy longing for more) and the pride of life (assurance in one’s own recourses or in the stability of earthly things)- these do not come from the Father, but are of the world itself.”
(I have no problem with Biblical prosperity, simply because it is founded on Bible verses. I have a huge problem with what is not preached and taught to create balance.)
Hosea 7:8-9 “Ephraim has mixed himself among the peoples; Ephraim is a cake unturned (half- baked). Aliens (strangers) have devoured his strength, but he does not know it.”
The verse above is so brilliant isn’t it? A cake unturned is half-baked and cooked on one side only. These people with a selected gospel, are worldly, and weak in true spiritual terms and they don’t even know it! They fit in so well with the world’s standards.
Humility and the Fear of the Lord:
Revelation 21:4 “God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying; and there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Tears of regret and suffering lead to tears of repentance, which lead to tears of joy! Have you ever known desperation? I have. Many times I’ve been desperate to know my Lord more deeply and to encounter Him in a deeper way.
These are perhaps the two most important attributes that we need to be right with God, (humility and fear of the Lord). The opposite is what have all around us in the world and much of the church. Pride in all its manifestations is the order of the day. Self-confidence and delusional self-importance is the antithesis of the fear of the Lord.
Brokenness and humility are little known in Christendom today. If you have never been broken to the point of tears before our Lord, in the reality of His presence, you are on thin ice.
Nahum 1:8 “Darkness will pursue His enemies”.
Psalm 36:9 “In your light we see light.”
Some personal testimony:
I share this as testimony alone with no personal pride at all.
As regular readers are aware, I believe we are heading for a tribulation start at Rosh Hashanah next year. If you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture, as I do (cautiously) that means we have very little time left.
Here are some of my own deep thoughts. If time is so limited, I am inspired and driven to walk in holiness. I desire it with a passion. I desire forgiveness for every sin I have ever committed. I desire, so much to know my Lord, Messiah and great God more deeply and intimately. I want to know every single aspect of His word now. I want all truth and no error! I have an unquenchable “fire” burning in my bones to be right with God.
I hate the world’s ways more and more, but I also have a deep desire for the unsaved to come to know our Lord.
As a life-time artist, journalist and photographer, I live in a visual world. I have a vivid imagination. But this imagination mixed with Biblical truth ignites that fire in my bones. I see visions of incredible glory and wonder and I’m brought down in humility and fear.
Just the thought of the being in the presence of my Lord is wonderful and really scary at the same time. I can do nothing but extol, magnify and worship the all-powerful Elohim, the judge of all, the warrior of warriors, shattering His enemies in great destruction, and the lover and comforter of my soul.
Love, peace and absolute beauty forever, are the end result of loving this great God.
Psalm 119:18 “Open my eyes that I might see wondrous things from your word.”
My prayer life has changed also in the light of these end times. I have become more diligent and more desperate in my prayer. My prayer life these days includes little for myself. My daily prayer includes an appeal for our great Saviour to keep me in His truth, safe from deception and always radical and different. I pray that my Lord keeps me from fitting in with the masses and finding acceptance with the world at large. “Lord keep me odd and strange” (to the world) is my appeal.
My prayer life centres on all readers who have an open heart to our Lord. If I may be privileged to help people draw closer to our God and be ready for Him, then I am exceedingly grateful. Just like you, our prayer lives dictate where we go with our Lord. I am always thankful in my prayer for my Lord’s mercy and grace and also thankful that a number of people hate me and this publication.
The glorious old-school preachers:
The images above (top left to right) represent the apostles Paul, Peter, Matthew and John, painted by Rembrandt. As I look into the faces of these men of God, it brings a tear to my eye. These are your brothers in the Lord.
These men suffered great opposition and persecution, which initially rocked their faith, but as they opened their hearts to the Spirit of the living God, they were transformed into spiritual giants, eventually giving their lives for our Lord.
In the midst of it all the persecution of that day there were many mighty men of God, who stood apart from the masses and like the disciples, upheld God’s standard of truth.
The crucifixion produced the resurrection. In your own life my friends, it is cross-death that produces resurrection life in the Spirit!
It isn’t intellectual study of the Bible that will transform you. It is Spirit-led study that will transform a broken and contrite heart hungry for truth!
The old school deceivers:
The images above (top left to right) represent the Roman Constantine, Origen of Alexander, Martin Luther and John Calvin.
The so-called early-church fathers were also subject to satanic opposition like the disciples, but they yielded to the forces of Babylon. They became Jew-haters and formed huge counterfeit churches full of their own self-will and occult traditions.
There are dozens more so-called early church fathers. They are highly esteemed by many spiritual fools. Every one of them created a division in the church which later became a denomination. There are a number of consistent characteristics among all of them. They all rejected the baptism of the Spirit. They were all anti-Semitic Jew haters. They each had a part to play in the development of anti-Israel Replacement Theology and the modern fractured, powerless, fleshly church.
Are you on the right track?
Hosea 14:5 “I will be like the dew (talya) to Israel...”
“Talya”: This is a wonderful Hebrew word. It means “the dew of heaven”. Do you have the “dew of heaven” nourishing your life? This dew will transform you and invigorate you! If you know this dew you will produce heavenly fruit.
To know if you are on the right track there are many measures, none of which are other believers or churches. These are the big ticket items:
●Is the world system and its ways becoming less and less of an attraction and influence in your life?
●Do you see the world system as your enemy?
●Are you still dominated by self-will, self-obsession and gratification? Are you a control freak?
●What do you think about most of the time? Are your thoughts a clean sanctuary? Do you have chains of thought that line up with the fruits of the Spirit?
●Do you see and recognise demonic forces, can you identify them and can you deal with them?
●Can you see the signs of the times and the season we are in?
●Do you have a burning desire to know our Lord more deeply?
●Do you have an urgent desire to see others saved and rescued out of this world?
The superficial will be swept away:
You must be Spirit-formed and informed in these dangerous days of fast rising ignorance and its twin - deception.
As we head into these dangerous end-times, the Spirit of the living God desires to and will draw many people into the kingdom of God, but it is not automatic. So many will go blind and unprepared into this world of spiritual conflict and end up being deceived.
Few will be saved and many lost. That is a clear Biblical principle revealed in numerous passages.
Just like a tree with shallow roots, when the storm comes it will be uprooted. There is only one way to deepen and strengthen your spiritual root system and that is to be fully open to all of God’s word, to love it, study it and know it well. You must see the fullness of God’s word as more important than the food you need to live on.
Job 23:12 “I have not departed from the commandment of His lips, I have treasured His word more than my necessary food.”
Psalm 119:89 “Forever, O Lord Your word is settled in heaven.”
A tragic figure:
I know an individual who goes to a denominational church. He thinks he is saved because he believes in Jesus and is full of good works. The man is filled with self-will and manipulation to produce control. I can often see the hatred in his eyes.
Let’s see what the Bible says.
Firstly, believing in Yeshua / Jesus will not save you. The Bible says even the demons believe and shudder at their future. Salvation comes from the specific new-birth and unless you die just then, you must be adult water-baptised and Spirit-baptised as soon as possible after the new birth.
The Bible says that “you shall know them by their fruits”. Galatians chapter five lists the fruits of the Spirit and the fruits of the flesh (unsaved). Not all of them would be evident all the time, but you can identify a person by at least a selection of these fruits.
Galatians 5:22 “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.”
Galatians 5:19 “The works of the flesh are adultery, fornication, uncleanness, licentiousness, idolatry, hatred,, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissentions, heresies, envy, murder, drunkenness , revelries and the like.”
This man I know is a murderer and adulterer according to the verse above. He may not have murdered yet, but he has done so in mind and thought. Hatred goes hand in hand with selfishness and a me-now orientation. A self-orientation goes hand in hand with taking, while love and giving go hand in hand.
A new believer can produce bad fruit for a while, but if he is truly saved the right fruits will become evident.
The reason I share this is so that you can help others whom you know in the same situation.
Excuse me for sharing this, but it may be helpful to some. Lately I have been receiving a whole lot of strange, frightening “visions”. On numerous occasions while in my car or out somewhere, the thought of some individuals I know has come into my mind just like normal. But a strange terrifying “word” and vision has accompanied it. This is the word:
Isaiah 14:9 “Hell from beneath is excited about you, to meet you at your coming; it stirs up the dead for you.”
Now, I’m not given to visions and things like this generally, although I’m open to them with discernment. These visions are about people I know well. Some are so-called believers and others not.
The so-called believers are superficial in their faith, proclaiming to be believers, but in their lifestyles are anything but!
My point is that you need to be extra diligent and radical in your belief. You need to be fully Bible-based (all of it) and not just selected, nice happy stuff.
►The road to hell is paved with fathers, mothers, priests, reverends, bishops, minsters, politicians and celebrities!
What you can do:
●You must separate yourself from the opinions of the masses, including the church masses.
●You must set your heart after our great King and Lord alone and don’t accept the half-baked, selected, half-poisoned “meals” dished out by the modern clergy.
●You must be radical in your pursuit of our Messiah and allow Him to do His severe, cleansing work in you, delivering you to glorious resurrection life on the other side of the cross.
●You must know and operate in spiritual discernment in these days.
●You must be filled with humility before our Lord and with passion for Him and His word, AND you must be filled with resistance and antagonism to the devil. You must hate and resist his word.
At the end of the day, if our Lord is delayed and is not returning soon and you have applied all these things, what would you have lost? If our Lord is coming soon and you do not have your life right, you just might regret it forever!
This is not the time to be complacent and carry on living like there are a million tomorrows! Don’t be like the masses of the ancient “days of Noah” and the modern “days of Noah.” – You will regret it!
Isaiah 62:1 “For Zion’s sake I will not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness goes forth like brightness and her salvation as a lamp that burns.”
Isaiah 62:6 “I have set watchmen on your walls O Jerusalem, who shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord do not keep silent.”
Romans 11:25 “For I do not desire that you should be ignorant brethren of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own opinion, that hardening in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the gentiles has come in.”
I took this picture of this spectacular, beautiful, deeply-rooted, ancient Wild Fig tree near my home. It actually grew over a house, which has long since disappeared, but the tree stands securely! In these days your spiritual “beauty” will be directly related to your depth of root in our Lord.
Psalm 96:11-13 “Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad: Let the sea roar and all its fullness; Let the field be joyful and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the woods will rejoice before the Lord, for He is coming. He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with His truth.”
Shalom and grow in grace!
