- US is to impose sanctions on Turkey for their action in Syria. This as the Kurds call on Russia and the Assad regime for help. Bear in mind that this stage of the war broke out on Yom Kippur, the day of the anniversary of the Six-Day War, which was essentially about getting Jerusalem back into Jewish hands.
- Although the US withdrawal from Syria has thrown the region into chaos, from a biblical, prophetic point of view, we are seeing an alignment of prophetic wars and their involved nations, all lining up. These are the wars of Syria / Damascus, (Isaiah 17) Gog & Magog (Ezekiel 38 &39 and Psalm 83. There are 10 nations mentioned in the Psalm 83 war and nine nations in the Gog / Magog war. Some of the nations overlap indicating that this could all be one big war.
- Russia comes in to fill the void left by the US in Syria.
- Lightning strikes mosque on the Temple Mount as The Feast of Tabernacles gets underway. (BIN 16th October)
These will change on Sundays or as the Lord leads.
Matthew 21:15 “When the chief priests and the scribes (Media) saw the wonderful things that He did...they were indignant.”
Matthew 23:13 “Woe to you scribes, (Media) Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven for men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.”
Deuteronomy 27:18 “Cursed is he who makes the blind to wander out of the way of God.” (Media)
Jeremiah 8:6, 9 “Everyone turned to his own course... Look the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood...The wise men are ashamed, and dismayed and taken. Behold, the have rejected the word of the Lord; so what wisdom do they have.” (Media)
Isaiah 30:1 “Woe to the rebellious children, says the Lord, who take counsel, but not of Me, and who devise plans, but not of My Spirit, that they may add sin to sin.” (Media)
Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

Shabbat Shalom to all!
The amazing feast season:
We come now to the end of the feast season for this year, with the last of the seven feasts Tabernacles (Sukkoth) beginning on Sunday 13th October.
This report is an overview of the seven feasts, and what is of major importance, and what it all points to in the near future, prophetically.
The seven feasts contain the four spring feasts and the three fall feats, with the Feast of Pentecost in the middle.
The Spring Feasts are Passover (the cross), Unleavened bread (holiness), First fruits (resurrection) and Pentecost (the church age). These four feasts occur in quick succession because the historic events of the cross through to resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit occurred in quick succession. (Keep that in mind)
The Fall Feasts are Rosh Hashanah (Trumpets.) Yom Kippur (Atonement), Sukkoth (Tabernacles.) These three fall feasts have not yet had their prophetic fulfilment. They also occur in quick succession of each other.
Rosh Hashanah begins the time period known as the “days of awe,” which refers to the solemn period of introspection, judgement and new beginnings.
Yom Kippur occurs eight days after Rosh Hashanah. It symbolises divine judgement and forgiveness, so that the individual may be cleansed of sin. In fact, in practice it is a day of fasting. It is the most solemn of the feasts of the Lord.
The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkoth), occurs five days after Yom Kippur. This feast commemorates the historic original Exodus from Egypt into the wilderness. Prophetically it points to the coming spiritual exodus of the Jews from the Egypt, which is the world – to their Messiah and their eternal dwelling with Him. Temporary shelters are built symbolising Israel’s temporary dwelling in the wilderness on the way to The Promised Land and prophetically to the Millennium.
Many people especially the Catholics, reject the feasts and many change the order in violation of Leviticus 23:4 (Amp) “These are the set feasts or appointed seasons of the Lord, holy convocations you shall proclaim at their stated times.”
The feasts are permanently “set” in the times God has stated for them.
Christians do not need to celebrate the feasts in a legalistic manner, but we must at least identify with them and know well the major, important messages contained in them. (It is a blessing to celebrate them). You may not disregard their prophetic importance or change the order.
The feasts are not for the Jews only. The Bible calls them the Feasts of the Lord. But think about this: If you, as many do, say that the feasts are for the Jews only, then you have to say that the events of the cross are for the Jews only! Sorry Reverend Dumbish, you can’t cherry pick what suits you.
Amazing patterns in the Feasts:
There are many who teach that the rapture of the church will happen on one of days of Pentecost, because of certain associations of the rapture with Pentecost. They are all wrong.
Before we go any further please have a very good look at this diagram above.
I have pointed out before that Pentecost is a trumpet-less feast. The final three feasts are all associated with trumpets. The rapture is associated with trumpets. The rapture can only be on a Feast of Trumpets. There are many other reasons. But consider this:
I have mentioned the time periods between the feasts (diagram), for a good reason.
The time period between the first feast, Passover (the cross) and Pentecost (The church age), is very short. Then from the Feast of Pentecost to the next one, Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) is a long four months. That time period between the spring feasts and the fall feasts is called, “The long hot summer.” We are right now at the very end of the long hot summer, which ends with Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) and the final two in quick succession.
The reason for the long hot summer is because the church age is a long period of time compared to the time intervals between the other events, signified by feasts.
Do you see why the rapture can’t occur on a Feast of Pentecost? No it can’t - it just doesn't fit! The Feast of Pentecost was fulfilled by the start of the church age. It has been prophetically fulfilled. We are now at the very end of the long hot summer! There is no such thing as a feast having two prophetic fulfilments.
If the rapture has to happen on a Feast of Pentecost that would mean that the previous feast, Firstfruits, would have been fulfilled by the start of the church age! That would throw everything out of sync and make them all nonsensical.
It is most important to understand that the first four feasts, Passover to Pentecost were fulfilled by the events of the cross and the coming of the Holy Spirit. In terms of prophetic fulfilment these four feasts were and are for the born-again church exclusively.
Now as we come to the final three feasts a great, dramatic switch takes place. The coming fulfilment of these final, fall feasts are fulfilled by Israel and are for Israel.
Rosh Hashanah starts the tribulation; Yom Kippur will be fulfilled by the judgment of the wrath of God, and Sukkoth by the end of the tribulation, Second Coming and Millennium.
The church is not awaiting the tribulation, judgment on sin. That’s a done deal – at the cross. The church is not awaiting the tribulation and the wrath of God. The church is not awaiting the Second Coming. We will be returning with our Lord at that time. That’s all a done deal through the cross!
So the application and fulfilment of the fall feasts can only relate to Israel in the tribulation. The first four feasts are within the “mystery” that is the church and the three final feasts are outside of the mystery which is the church.
This is one of many reasons why Rosh Hashanah has to see the removal of the church, ending the church age and starting the tribulation.
This Rosh Hashanah went by uneventfully, but not Yom Kippur, which is also the anniversary of the Yom Kippur War of 1967 in which Jerusalem was restored to Jewish control. Now on this Yom Kippur, we saw the actual invasion of northern Syria by Turkey begin – on the very day! This will, no doubt lead to the Isaiah 17 war and other prophesied wars into which Israel will be dragged in.
Do you see how amazing this is? Do you see how accurately and well the whole gigantic story is spelt out and plotted? How accurate the Bible is.
And the Catholics and their half-baked masses get rid of the feasts and replace them with the unholy, occult, pagan, satanic, pig-eating feats of Easter and Christmas, which have no prophetic message at all.
Bear in mind that Bible calls the Feasts of the Lord “Holy convocations!” Pagan practices that are world-based, originating in Babylon are all cursed!
Godly wisdom, like gold is the purest, oldest form of genuine wealth there is. It is an immense store of value that is indestructible. It pays great dividends! Follow those who have it and beware of those with a handful of glittering fool’s gold.
►There is a very interesting biblical alignment between these seven feasts and the seven mysteries of the Bible, which I’ll touch on in the new edition.
Edition 398: January 2nd 2018
How to be strong!
There is nothing stronger in the world than Spirit-led biblical truth.
That is just like your strong spine, when it is in its correct place.
We are now in a time where spiritual strength is going to be needed like never before.
Evil spirits are getting stronger as their demise nears. They will soon be too strong for most.
In these end times, the Spirit of God has provided supernatural strength, which is far superior and stronger than all evil and demonic spirits. But it is only effective when applied. Spiritual armour and weapons must be part of your foundation and used in the coming onslaught.
Many of the things in this edition are radical and revolutionary. They will make you feel uncomfortable, but if you take it all to heart it will produce the goods and make you stronger.
The shaking to come:
●“The earth trembled and shook.” (Psalm 77:18), ●“He will remove all things which can be shaken, so that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.” (Hebrews 12:27) ●“The heavens will tremble and the earth will be shaken out of its place at the fury of the Lord.” (Isaiah 13:13) ●“The people will faint with fear in the great shaking.” (Luke 21:26) ●“I will shake all nations.” (Haggai 2:7) ●“The fish, birds and animals and all men on the earth will shake at My presence, even the mountains will be thrown down.” (Ezekiel 38:20) – And many more.
From the verses above, note the nature of the great shaking to come. It will hit the earth, the mountains, the animals, the heavens, all nations and individuals. There will be no place to hide.
Most of this occurs in the seven-year tribulation period, but there will be forerunners to it all.
The big thing to be aware of is that everything man trusts in will be shaken. The main shaking will be in the hearts and thinking of man. They will be clobbered psychologically like never before as their world shakes, rocks and rolls!
But there will be those who cannot be shaken. They will be the strong, stabilising factor for the falling world. But more about that further down.
Requirements to stand strong:
The most powerful thing is to know our God and His word well.
You do not love God more than you love his word. A person with no or little knowledge of God’s word does not know Him at all and will not stand in the coming onslaught.
Today many Christians are no, or little different to the world. They love the world just like the unbeliever. They are discipled by YouTube, TV and the movies. They have the same disdain for the pure virtues of God as the unbeliever. They are full of wickedness. They think they are saved.
Have a look at these amazing verses below. How relevant they are for today!
Job 21:13-14 “They (wicked) spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave. Yet they say to God, ‘Depart from us, for we do not desire the knowledge of Your ways. Who is the Almighty that we should serve Him, and what profit do we have if we pray to Him?”
Isaiah 28:22 “Do not be mockers, lest your bonds (that bind you up in wickedness) be made strong; for I have heard from the Lord God of hosts (armies) ‘Destruction is determined even upon the whole earth.’”
You see, many Christians are “bound” to the world and they will shake and fall with it!
Be careful of the acceptability of sin. Don’t be neutral to it. It always progresses downward and becomes worse when you accept or justify it. The “beauty of holiness” also expands and grows.
We need to begin to prepare right now to enter eternity. We need to strengthen our spiritual stature and standing. We need to sink our roots deeply in God. We need to clean our lives up!
You must be ready to die to self, the world and the flesh nature. This is the way to be strong in the Lord. You need to apply the cross to all three areas.
Stand strong in fear!
That may sound like a contradiction, but it is in fact more powerful than you can imagine.
Fear makes you strong, not weak. Fear of the devil makes you weak. There are two types of fear spoken of in the Bible. One is negative and the other extremely positive.
It is the fear of the Lord that we need for growth in knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
The fear of the Lord is your thought-filter. Sin always begins in the thought realm. The active, learned fear of the Lord, checks our thought life right at the root.
The fear of the Lord causes repentance and humility which in turn creates deep wisdom and more.
Do you want to be an effective witness for our Lord? The fear of the Lord, not your church, not the Bible School or Seminary is the answer:
“Knowing the terror of the Lord we persuade men.” (2 Corinthians 5:11)
The fear of the Lord is similar to the fear created in a child by physical discipline. (Proverbs 13:24) That is love in action, while the lack of it is hatred. Applying that principle to our Lord we have to say that if God does not discipline us, He hates us.
In fact, God calls you illegitimate if you are without His chastening. (Hebrews 12:6-11)
Chastening or discipline done correctly is love in action!
Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world (Amp: ‘Fashioned after its customs and ways’) but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
A better translation of the word “renew” in the verse above is “exchange.” When we see the world through thinking which is exchanged for God’s mind, it’s a more radical and permanent thing.
“There is strength in unity”, says the slogan, and it’s true. Biblical unity is a truth that creates strength. But be careful; it’s not blind unity with anything and every way. Pooling resources is logical for strength, but will produce destruction and judgement from God when that unity is not around truth. Ask Babel about that!
Pooling resources around error makes you strong in error by the power of Satan. Pooling resources around truth and in the Spirit of God makes you strong in Him.
The key of repentance:
Repentance is an extremely powerful force. An ongoing walk of repentance is very powerful.
Repent and believe is the order. You cannot believe without repentance first. You can, but you won’t last. Lack of repentance leaves you double minded, unstable, and in the worst of both worlds.
Repentance is not remorse. Remorse is related to self pity while repentance is much deeper, involving life changes.
Matthew 27:3 “Judas the betrayer seeing that he had been condemned, was remorseful...he found no place for repentance.”
Repentance produces cleanliness and holiness. It produces a new clean walk in a new direction.
Matthew 3:2 “Repent for the Kingdom is at hand.”
In the larger sense, repentance cleans out all the garbage you believed that kept you as an unbeliever. In the ongoing sense it cleans you as you move forward, daily with our Lord.
Without true, deep repentance, you can never stand strong. You will always be unstable in your walk with our Messiah. You will be clean, then dirty, stable, then unstable – you will be a pain in the neck!
More keys for standing strong:
The knowledge of Bible prophecy makes you strong. Knowing what is coming, when and why, is very powerful. You will not be knocked over by a shaking world. The knowledge of Bible prophecy is one of the most powerful tools to fix your life in anticipation of your ride to glory!
The knowledge of Bible prophecy gives you the stability and strength that others will come looking for when their world starts shaking. It makes you a strong pillar for them to hold onto.
The true teacher must point you upwards. He must teach often on things to come and our glorious eternal future. You’ve heard the garbage: “He’s so heavenly minded he’s no earthly good”. If you want to be truly godly-good to the world you had better be extremely heavenly minded!
Today we are in a world of mass ignorance of the scriptures by modern, instant, digital, pop-up Christians. They have no depth and no deep experience of the things of God. Listening to many of them talk sometimes makes me feel like I need to take a shower afterwards.
Joshua 1:8-9 “This book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? ‘Be strong and of good courage; do not b afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.’”
How strong is your foundation?
Many times friends have asked me to join them going to a movie. The last movie I went to was in 1980. So I always decline, which always creates an issue with them. Whether you say so or not, when you stand separately from the world - that is a judgement. You are judging them and their world to a degree. That’s why there’s an issue! Don’t back down, let them freak out!
You must set your heart, mind and soul to agree with God and His word, right from foundation stage. He does not change – we must. It’s a revolutionary thing setting your life to “agree with God.”
Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together lest they be agreed?”
To agree with God, you must agree with His assessment of you as a fallen sinner worthy of hell. You must agree with His one and only answer for that – the cross. You must agree with all the “hard sayings” of the Bible and both the “goodness and severity of God.”
In many instances, standing strong in these days involves being bold and brave. You need to make a stand against what is terrible commonplace with most people these days!
You must be well acquainted, experientially, with the foundational doctrines of Messiah which are found in Hebrews 6:1-2.
Your promise box:
You know those nice little “daily bread” promise boxes with a selection of nice feel-good verses in them for granny? Well, Lord bless granny, but here’s the real-deal daily promise box:
●“If you find your life you will lose it.” (Matthew 10:39) ●“I die daily to self.” (1 Corinthians 15:31) ●“Take up your cross daily.” (Luke 9:23) ●“Fear the Lord.” (Psalm 34:7) ●“Love not the world, nor the things of the world.” (1 John 2:15) ●“Hate your life in the world.” (John 12:25) ●“I count not my life dear to me.” (Acts 20:24) ● “Death works in me.” (2 Corinthians 4:12) ●“I must decrease, He must increase.” (John 3:30) ● “Fall on this rock and be broken.” (Matthew 21:44)
Application of the things in the list above is the way to a strong, abundant life in Messiah, and the way to give granny a heart attack!
Many Christians name and claim “abundant life” for themselves, but never get it because they leave out the “promise box” above.
These verses above relate to our walk now as disciples of the Lord. They would be called “temporal truth.” We also have a host of verses that we would call “positional truth” which relate to our position in Messiah. It’s all done already. For example:
We are a “new creature in Messiah.” We are the “righteousness of God in Him.” And many more like these. Don’t mix up temporal and positional truth. Both are needed, rightly divided.
Generation curses and blessings:
Far too many Christians are clueless about the operation of curses, even within their own lives. Many types of sinful activity and beliefs will produce curses in people’s lives. But many are also innocent victims of generational curses coming down from an origination a long way back.
These curses can affect entire ethnic groups, families, businesses and right down to individuals. They result in poverty, low intellect, barrenness, failure on many fronts. Most times it’s like a dark cloud hanging over them that just won’t go away.
Many times one individual with the insight and anointing of God can break those curses and set an entire nation free!
Exodus 20:5 “You shall not bow down to them (idols) nor serve them, for I the Lord your God are a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me.”
Genesis 12: 3 “I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (To Abram and his descendants, who are Isaac, Jacob, Israel and the Jews.)
Cursing the Jews brings a curse from God! That is part of God’s protection upon the Jews!
Genesis 22:16-18 “By Myself I have sworn, says the Lord, because you have done this thing (offered Isaac) and have not withheld your only son, in blessing I will bless you and in multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea and your descendants shall possess the gate of your enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”
Note in the two discourses above that idolatry and sinful practices produce curses, handed down. And note that obedience to God produces many handed down blessings.
All forms of the occult and witchcraft produces curses, and there is plenty of it in the church today!
Witchcraft in a family will break it up. It is a most powerful family destroyer.
You the destroyer!
To stand strong in these days you must receive and obey the things of God, but you must also throw out and destroy the works of the devil in your life.
One of the requirements to stand strong in these days includes rejecting that which makes you weak. You can’t stand strong on a broken leg.
It’s not good enough to be a believer. You must be an active disbeliever or unbeliever too in the things of error, deception and the devil.
All godly truth is anointed of God and will manifest in the fruits.
All deception is anointed by Satan and will manifest in the fruits.
You must destroy, get rid of, and throw out all beliefs that are mixed with error, paganism or the occult. You must seek to be clean and pure doctrinally. Don’t try to mix the truth with error or the occult or any such thing...And that includes huge amounts of Babylonian influence in the church!
Being radical is the way to safety and stability. (The word “radical” comes from the root word “radix” meaning “root.”)
Be a radical destroyer of sin in your life.
You must be known by what you reject, not just what you accept and believe!
Entertaining sin invites it to stay. It then makes itself at home. It then becomes part of you and creates a spirit of heaviness in you.
The Bible speaks of “Messiah in you the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27) But when sin has taken root in you, so has Satan, and that hope of glory is obscured and changes to fear of hell.
Psalm 119:28 “My soul melts from heaviness; strengthen me according to Your word”.
Psalm 9:9-10 “The Lord will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And those who know your name will put their trust in You; for you Lord have not forsaken those who seek you.”
Deep thoughts to make you strong:
●Worldliness is the way to spiritual weakness and the way to defeat. Worldliness is the way to hell.
●The world dumbs you down. The word wises you up.
●Truth can be the bait to get you to believe the lie. Satan is not afraid of using truth to achieve his objectives. Truth, even with accompanying supernatural signs and wonders is no guarantee of godly truth.
●False doctrine, error and idiot-theology can wreck people lives. It can compound people’s problems. A wrong spirit corrupts a good one. (Deuteronomy 22:9-11)
●In the face of encroaching and intensifying evil – be more righteous still! (Revelation 22:11)
●Throw the Jezebels and witches out of the church.
●Being radical is the way to being an oddball in the world’s eyes. But you will be safe with God!
“Write the vision”. (Habakkuk 2:2) Write your own spiritual diary. It is good to see where you have been and what has been important to you. It is also good for others to see.
Know Him, know the Spirit, know the Bible and know the preacher and teacher that you receive from. He must be a preacher aiming at your heart and your head! He must preach and teach the fear of the Lord in the fear of Lord. He must know and teach the centrality of the cross.
I took the background picture of the giant baobab tree in Zimbabwe and the elephant in Botswana. I used a transparent blend to merge the two giants together.
Shalom and grow in His Grace!
