- US is to impose sanctions on Turkey for their action in Syria. This as the Kurds call on Russia and the Assad regime for help. Bear in mind that this stage of the war broke out on Yom Kippur, the day of the anniversary of the Six-Day War, which was essentially about getting Jerusalem back into Jewish hands.
- Although the US withdrawal from Syria has thrown the region into chaos, from a biblical, prophetic point of view, we are seeing an alignment of prophetic wars and their involved nations, all lining up. These are the wars of Syria / Damascus, (Isaiah 17) Gog & Magog (Ezekiel 38 &39 and Psalm 83. There are 10 nations mentioned in the Psalm 83 war and nine nations in the Gog / Magog war. Some of the nations overlap indicating that this could all be one big war.
- Russia comes in to fill the void left by the US in Syria.
- Lightning strikes mosque on the Temple Mount as The Feast of Tabernacles gets underway. (BIN 16th October)
These will change on Sundays or as the Lord leads.
Matthew 21:15 “When the chief priests and the scribes (Media) saw the wonderful things that He did...they were indignant.”
Matthew 23:13 “Woe to you scribes, (Media) Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven for men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.”
Deuteronomy 27:18 “Cursed is he who makes the blind to wander out of the way of God.” (Media)
Jeremiah 8:6, 9 “Everyone turned to his own course... Look the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood...The wise men are ashamed, and dismayed and taken. Behold, the have rejected the word of the Lord; so what wisdom do they have.” (Media)
Isaiah 30:1 “Woe to the rebellious children, says the Lord, who take counsel, but not of Me, and who devise plans, but not of My Spirit, that they may add sin to sin.” (Media)
Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.

Shabbat Shalom to all!
The amazing feast season:
We come now to the end of the feast season for this year, with the last of the seven feasts Tabernacles (Sukkoth) beginning on Sunday 13th October.
This report is an overview of the seven feasts, and what is of major importance, and what it all points to in the near future, prophetically.
The seven feasts contain the four spring feasts and the three fall feats, with the Feast of Pentecost in the middle.
The Spring Feasts are Passover (the cross), Unleavened bread (holiness), First fruits (resurrection) and Pentecost (the church age). These four feasts occur in quick succession because the historic events of the cross through to resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit occurred in quick succession. (Keep that in mind)
The Fall Feasts are Rosh Hashanah (Trumpets.) Yom Kippur (Atonement), Sukkoth (Tabernacles.) These three fall feasts have not yet had their prophetic fulfilment. They also occur in quick succession of each other.
Rosh Hashanah begins the time period known as the “days of awe,” which refers to the solemn period of introspection, judgement and new beginnings.
Yom Kippur occurs eight days after Rosh Hashanah. It symbolises divine judgement and forgiveness, so that the individual may be cleansed of sin. In fact, in practice it is a day of fasting. It is the most solemn of the feasts of the Lord.
The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkoth), occurs five days after Yom Kippur. This feast commemorates the historic original Exodus from Egypt into the wilderness. Prophetically it points to the coming spiritual exodus of the Jews from the Egypt, which is the world – to their Messiah and their eternal dwelling with Him. Temporary shelters are built symbolising Israel’s temporary dwelling in the wilderness on the way to The Promised Land and prophetically to the Millennium.
Many people especially the Catholics, reject the feasts and many change the order in violation of Leviticus 23:4 (Amp) “These are the set feasts or appointed seasons of the Lord, holy convocations you shall proclaim at their stated times.”
The feasts are permanently “set” in the times God has stated for them.
Christians do not need to celebrate the feasts in a legalistic manner, but we must at least identify with them and know well the major, important messages contained in them. (It is a blessing to celebrate them). You may not disregard their prophetic importance or change the order.
The feasts are not for the Jews only. The Bible calls them the Feasts of the Lord. But think about this: If you, as many do, say that the feasts are for the Jews only, then you have to say that the events of the cross are for the Jews only! Sorry Reverend Dumbish, you can’t cherry pick what suits you.
Amazing patterns in the Feasts:
There are many who teach that the rapture of the church will happen on one of days of Pentecost, because of certain associations of the rapture with Pentecost. They are all wrong.
Before we go any further please have a very good look at this diagram above.
I have pointed out before that Pentecost is a trumpet-less feast. The final three feasts are all associated with trumpets. The rapture is associated with trumpets. The rapture can only be on a Feast of Trumpets. There are many other reasons. But consider this:
I have mentioned the time periods between the feasts (diagram), for a good reason.
The time period between the first feast, Passover (the cross) and Pentecost (The church age), is very short. Then from the Feast of Pentecost to the next one, Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) is a long four months. That time period between the spring feasts and the fall feasts is called, “The long hot summer.” We are right now at the very end of the long hot summer, which ends with Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) and the final two in quick succession.
The reason for the long hot summer is because the church age is a long period of time compared to the time intervals between the other events, signified by feasts.
Do you see why the rapture can’t occur on a Feast of Pentecost? No it can’t - it just doesn't fit! The Feast of Pentecost was fulfilled by the start of the church age. It has been prophetically fulfilled. We are now at the very end of the long hot summer! There is no such thing as a feast having two prophetic fulfilments.
If the rapture has to happen on a Feast of Pentecost that would mean that the previous feast, Firstfruits, would have been fulfilled by the start of the church age! That would throw everything out of sync and make them all nonsensical.
It is most important to understand that the first four feasts, Passover to Pentecost were fulfilled by the events of the cross and the coming of the Holy Spirit. In terms of prophetic fulfilment these four feasts were and are for the born-again church exclusively.
Now as we come to the final three feasts a great, dramatic switch takes place. The coming fulfilment of these final, fall feasts are fulfilled by Israel and are for Israel.
Rosh Hashanah starts the tribulation; Yom Kippur will be fulfilled by the judgment of the wrath of God, and Sukkoth by the end of the tribulation, Second Coming and Millennium.
The church is not awaiting the tribulation, judgment on sin. That’s a done deal – at the cross. The church is not awaiting the tribulation and the wrath of God. The church is not awaiting the Second Coming. We will be returning with our Lord at that time. That’s all a done deal through the cross!
So the application and fulfilment of the fall feasts can only relate to Israel in the tribulation. The first four feasts are within the “mystery” that is the church and the three final feasts are outside of the mystery which is the church.
This is one of many reasons why Rosh Hashanah has to see the removal of the church, ending the church age and starting the tribulation.
This Rosh Hashanah went by uneventfully, but not Yom Kippur, which is also the anniversary of the Yom Kippur War of 1967 in which Jerusalem was restored to Jewish control. Now on this Yom Kippur, we saw the actual invasion of northern Syria by Turkey begin – on the very day! This will, no doubt lead to the Isaiah 17 war and other prophesied wars into which Israel will be dragged in.
Do you see how amazing this is? Do you see how accurately and well the whole gigantic story is spelt out and plotted? How accurate the Bible is.
And the Catholics and their half-baked masses get rid of the feasts and replace them with the unholy, occult, pagan, satanic, pig-eating feats of Easter and Christmas, which have no prophetic message at all.
Bear in mind that Bible calls the Feasts of the Lord “Holy convocations!” Pagan practices that are world-based, originating in Babylon are all cursed!
Godly wisdom, like gold is the purest, oldest form of genuine wealth there is. It is an immense store of value that is indestructible. It pays great dividends! Follow those who have it and beware of those with a handful of glittering fool’s gold.
►There is a very interesting biblical alignment between these seven feasts and the seven mysteries of the Bible, which I’ll touch on in the new edition.
Edition 339: November 23rd 2016
The Light of Life:
The Light of Life:
Psalm 119:130 “The entrance of Your word gives light and understanding to the simple.”
Light is alive! Light emits heat! Light has molecular substance to it! Light destroys darkness! Light has more qualities than you can imagine, some of which are the subject of this edition.
Both light and darkness are rich with meaning and symbolism. Some of it is a lot more than symbolism as you will see.
There are some things in this edition that will surprise you indeed!
There is a shocking theme in the Bible, which very few are aware of. It is that both God and the devil blind people. It is God alone who causes spiritual light, sight and understanding, but only to selected people for particular reasons with conditions met.
Who can see the light?
Anyone who is genuinely searching for our Lord and has a truly open heart will see the Light!
All those who are walking in surrender to our Lord, taking up their cross daily, can see the light.
All who have their own minds made up, have hard hearts to the truth and are full of themselves, are blind to the light and truth.
Psalm 69:32 “The humble shall see and be glad.”
John 18:37 “...Everyone of the truth hears my voice.”
Job 38:15 “From the wicked their light is withheld...”
The make-up of light:
Light, which is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, is vital for sight, both in the natural world and spiritually speaking. Visible light is made up of seven colours. When they are projected together through a prism, white light is produced. That is an enduring mystery.
The Hebrew and Greek languages contain many words that have a number of different meanings. You need the context to get the right one, and you need to study it as well.
►The word “Light” in Hebrew is “Owr.” (Strong’s H216). It has a few meanings and applications, some of which are: “The light of life”, “The light of the face”, “The light of Israel”, “The light of wisdom.”
►Another Hebrew word for “Light” is the word “Ma’owr.” (Strong’s H3974). It means a luminous light coming from within. (Bear that in mind as you read on.)
►The Greek word for Light is “Phos.” (Strong’s G 5457). It means: “A light emitted from a lamp.” “It also means a heavenly, supernatural, brilliant light”. It also means: “Creating understanding and spiritual enlightenment”. It also means: “The light of a stone or rock coming from within itself”. It parallels with G5316 and G5346, meaning luminous.
So, we see that light is likened to spiritual life, purity, holiness, sight and understanding. Light equates to the life of God and a rock that emits light from within.
A powerful exposition involving our old friend Noah:
God told Noah exactly how to build the Ark.
The word “Ark” in Hebrew is “Teva”. It is the same word for “word”. This speaks of the exactness of our words. God gave Noah the exact dimensions of the Ark. In a sense we can say that our words are arks, carrying and preserving God’s will and ways, while we float over all that is under the judgement of God.
God told Noah to make a window in the Ark. (Genesis 6:16) But in Hebrew it says, “You shall make a “brightness” in the Ark. The original word used is “Tzohar”, which can be translated as “window.” It is also one of the words for “light” or “brightness.”
The Ark had three levels in it, so would have been pretty dark, which is why God said to make a window in it.
Here is an amazing thing:
The word “Tzohar” means “window”. But it is also the word for a special stone that has its own light within it. So when we see the command of God in Genesis 6:16, to “make a window in the ark”, it also means to make a “brightness from glowing, luminous stones within it.”
These stones (Tzohar) giving off light, contain phosphorescence causing the luminous, glowing from within. The light of these stones is enduring, it never goes out. In Hebrew, these stones are also called the “Gems of Noah” or the “Lights of Heaven”. They are also called “Stones of Fire.”
So, now we see that the Ark of Noah had lights on the inside! – Isn’t that a surprise?
But don’t forget what I said earlier. The Hebrew word for Ark is “Teva”, which is also one of the words for “word.”
Do you see where we are going?
This means that we are to open a window into our words, so that they shine brightly from within! When words have the light of God within them, they are powerful, glowing, and enduring.
Have you ever wondered why when some people speak, you feel as though you are hearing from God? You feel refreshed, changed, and made new. And when others speak, they may as well be reading to you from the phone book! They have no light in their words!
This also sheds light on the difference between the two Greek words for “word”, which are, “logos” and “rhema.” Logos is ordinary words. Rhema is revelation word with spiritual understanding. We could liken these to the normal spoken words and words being generated from God’s own living word in our hearts.
The Hebrew word “Tzsohar” has a very similar derivative, “Tsahar”, which suggests the “glistening shine from pure olive oil”. This is another type of God-filled, anointed, words and ways!
Words infused with God’s light are to glow and shine out and up. They make your words “brilliant” and “glistening” in the true sense!
So here we see a dramatic link-up between words, light and the Ark of preservation. The major point to be made is that ordinary light coming into your life does not get you saved. Once you are born-again, you have that real internal light being generated of God right in your heart.
The glorious Menorah:
The Temple Menorah has 72 ornaments on it. There were 72 pure gold bells on the Temple Priest’s garment. There are 72 names of God in the Bible. The Menorah is a giant symbol of the light of God.
Like the Ark, God gave specific instructions for the making of the Temple Menorah.
It was to be made of one single, unbroken, enormous piece of pure 24 karat gold, weighing 3000 shekels .
This piece of pure gold had to be hammered into shape. There is a strong type and association with our Lord, whose symbol is gold, and who is the true Light, being “hammered” to His cross.
The Menorah stood in the Holy Place of the Temple, which was next to the Holy of Holies. The light source from the seven branches was pure olive oil, which was constantly filled by Temple Priests to keep the light going all the time, illuminating the inside of the Temple. (Exodus 27:20)
The central shaft and lamp had to be raised above the other six. It was used to light the others. It was called the “servant light”. It is our Lord, the servant of God who gives light to the world. He is the “Light of life.”
The Temple Menorah is similar to the story we have just seen on the light within the Ark. The light of the Menorah, as with the Ark, was not seen from the outside, but only by those inside the holy chamber.
The symbolism here is that we are hidden in the world. They can’t see our light, only the effects of it, and only if they want to.
Colossians3:3 “For you died and your life is hidden with Messiah in God.”
The Menorah represents our Lord Himself, who, in the Revelation, is seen walking between the seven candlesticks, which are the church. The olive oil represents the Holy Spirit and our salvation and ongoing power.
The Menorah symbolises light, life, purity, exactness, holiness, wisdom and divine inspiration.
Jewish tradition today still requires a Menorah to be lit and placed in every Jewish home on Chanukah.
You can contrast this with the witchcraft, pagan, occult tradition of the church, born in Babylon and Rome of hanging lights on Christmas trees to illuminate the gold and silver balls symbolising sun and moon worship.
Today, the Temple Menorah has been rebuilt and manufactured according to the specifications of God, with pure gold. It now stands awaiting instillation in the soon to come new Temple. It is valued at over $3million.
My friends, without the light and flame of the olive oil fire, the Holy Spirit – you are dead and dark, with dead, empty, meaningless words filling your life. You are a nothing! With the light of life in your heart, even if you are a nothing in the world’s eyes, you are a glorious king or queen of God, and will be forever!
Lucifer, the light bearer:
Lucifer was an archangel of God. The name itself means “light bearer.” He was God’s messenger of light to the nations! These were the nations upon the earth in pre-Adamic times. I’m not going to get into all of that now, except to say that when he appeared in the Garden, he had already fallen, been stripped of his light and was now Satan, the prince of darkness.
Isaiah 14:12 refers to Lucifer as “Heylel,” meaning “shining one,” or the “light bearer”. In the Greek the word is “eosphoros” meaning “the bringer of the dawn” or “the morning star (Venus).
Lucifer, the light bearer, because of his pride and rebellion, became the bearer of darkness, death and destruction. (There’ll be more on this in the next edition.)
Matthew 6:23 “If the light in you is really darkness, how great is that darkness.”
Lucifer, the light bearer was now the cursed deceiver, the one who now comes to the gullible as an “angel of light”, but bringing spiritual darkness.
1 John 1:5 “God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.”
John 8:12 “I (Yeshua) am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
Light, life and blood:
“Life is in the blood,” says the Bible, (Leviticus 17:11.) But the blood of Adam flowing in us has death and the curse of God in it too. The sins of all mankind reside in this cursed blood, which produces the sin nature.
If you are not saved, you can try to be right and good all you like – until you are blue in the face, but you can’t because of your dark blood.
Thank the Lord that His pure, shed blood, full of light, is now imputed to us and “transfused” into our hearts. Through the new-birth, we have His pure blood in us, albeit spiritually. Our Lord’s blood is filled with light, because it is sinless and pure.
It was His shed pure and holy blood that paid the price for us and gives us salvation.
Through the new-birth, His sinless blood cancels out the sin-cursed blood of Adam in people.
The blood of our Lord is now the light-producing power, giving sight, enlightenment, revelation and the wisdom of God, just like those stones in the Ark and the light of the Temple Menorah.
John 8:47 “He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear because you are not of God.”
Romans 13:12 “... Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.”
Spiritual light is “armour”. It destroys spiritual darkness and ignorance, but protects us also. It is required for our stability, strength and growth in our Lord. It is especially required now in these dangerous end-days.
Psalm 36:9 “In your light we see light.”
The light of God, or the darkness of the devil in Christians:
Do you want to know if you are in the light of God? If so, you will hate sin, love holiness and desire with all your heart to be pure, in the truth, and holy in all your ways. You may not be achieving it yet, but it will be your heart’s desire. Your words will prove it.
It is this that draws people to you and chases some away. That’s the way it must be.
If you as a Christian are in the darkness of the devil, you won’t be able to comprehend (understand) those in the light! You will be a supporter of the LGBT movement and other satanic issues designed to bring down a “nation under God.”
You will justify sin and love all sinners in their sin, with their sin and hate those of the truth. You will say that you love everyone, but you are a liar. You will love everyone but those of the truth, who speak the truth and take up their cross daily.
The temples that stood on the Temple Mount were very important in that they represented the presence of God in the Holy of Holies. It was all about holiness. The High Priest, the only one allowed in, would have been struck dead if he didn’t meet Gods holy requirements while inside.
Today we are the temple of the Holy Spirit. His holy presence is in our hearts. The light and life of God in us is holy and pure and without sin of any description. In and through the new-birth, we are 100% perfect, pure, sinless and holy.
If you are truly born of the Spirit of God, do you know why you sometimes have that ultra-exiting, strange, odd, glorious feeling that you’re not even here on this planet? Do you know why you sometimes feel like an excited, total oddball, unable to fit in with the world? Do you know why you sometimes feel like a cross between an insane weirdo and an excited madman?
Do you know why you sometimes feel like you’re standing on the very edge of the ledge on a cliff looking down to impending doom, and up to untold majesty and glory?
Do you know why some in your family hate you with a passion, especially the religious ones?
Do you know why some of your friends just can’t understand you and fit you into their box?
Do you know why some of your friends, just love you, even though they can’t box you?
Do you know why some of them secretly wish they could be like you?
Do you know why you are so important to them, even if they drive you up the wall sometimes?
It’s all because you have that perfect, pure, wonderful life and light of God in your hearts. It’s glorious, infectious, contagious, and offensive to the devil.
Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
The light of Israel:
As we saw earlier the word “Light” in Hebrew is “Owr” (Strong’s H216). It has as one of its applications and meanings, “The light of Israel”.
It implies that the Jewish people have available to them a special light. This light is the word of God and specifically the prophetic word, written and detailed for them alone. It is a national light available only to them! If you don’t like that – tough luck, it’s the way it is.
●●Isaiah 42:16 “I will bring the blind (Jews) by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them...”
●●Micah 7:8-9 “Do not rejoice over me (Jews), my enemy; when I fall I will arise, when I sit in darkness the Lord will be a light to me...He will bring me forth to the light, and I will see His righteousness.
●●Isaiah 29:18 “In that day the deaf (Jews) shall hear the words of the book and the eyes of the blind shall see out of the obscurity of darkness.”
The following verses show how it all ends up. They are not politically correct (that’s why I love them!) They separate and distinguish between the Jews and the other nations. They kick globalism in the head.
Isaiah 42:6 “I the Lord have called you (Jews) in righteousness, and will hold your hand; I will keep you and give you as a covenant to the people, as a light to the Gentiles.”
Acts 13:47 “I have set you to be a light to the Gentiles that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.”
Isaiah 60:2-3 “Behold the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you (Jews), and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.”
Isaiah 9:2 “The people who walked in darkness (Jews) have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined.”
Bible prophecy and light:
2 Peter 1:19 “We also have the prophetic word made more sure, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.”
The previous verses in the above segment speak of the certainty of hearing things with your ears and seeing with the eyes. Here, the Bible says that we have something even more sure and important than seeing and hearing. It is the realisation that prophecy is the most sure thing in the world.
When you come to this understanding, a great light has just been switched on in your heart. The morning star is the planet Venus, which shines in the darkest part of the night, saying that full daylight is on the horizon of your heart.
Bible prophecy brings to us the light of God. “Yeshua is the spirit of prophecy.” (Revelation 19:10)
The light is soon going to become unavailable. Today we are more than privileged to have a flood of light available to us, yet a great deal of the church is asleep in the light – sang Keith Green!
John 9:4 “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.”
Revelation 2:5 “Remember from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lamp stand from its place, unless you repent.”
True light shines on every aspect of your life and shows you the need to repent and make the correct adjustments. If you do not, you are in danger of having your light removed, by God.
I took this picture of a section of the beautiful Mooi River Falls in Kwa Zulu/Natal. It’s an enormous waterfall, but difficult to find and 4x4 access. (“Mooi” means beautiful.)
Shalom and grow in His Grace!
