- US is to impose sanctions on Turkey for their action in Syria. This as the Kurds call on Russia and the Assad regime for help. Bear in mind that this stage of the war broke out on Yom Kippur, the day of the anniversary of the Six-Day War, which was essentially about getting Jerusalem back into Jewish hands.
- Although the US withdrawal from Syria has thrown the region into chaos, from a biblical, prophetic point of view, we are seeing an alignment of prophetic wars and their involved nations, all lining up. These are the wars of Syria / Damascus, (Isaiah 17) Gog & Magog (Ezekiel 38 &39 and Psalm 83. There are 10 nations mentioned in the Psalm 83 war and nine nations in the Gog / Magog war. Some of the nations overlap indicating that this could all be one big war.
- Russia comes in to fill the void left by the US in Syria.
- Lightning strikes mosque on the Temple Mount as The Feast of Tabernacles gets underway. (BIN 16th October)
These will change on Sundays or as the Lord leads.

Deuteronomy 27:18 “Cursed is he who makes the blind to wander out of the way of God.” (Media)
Jeremiah 8:6, 9 “Everyone turned to his own course... Look the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood...The wise men are ashamed, and dismayed and taken. Behold, the have rejected the word of the Lord; so what wisdom do they have.” (Media)
Isaiah 30:1 “Woe to the rebellious children, says the Lord, who take counsel, but not of Me, and who devise plans, but not of My Spirit, that they may add sin to sin.” (Media)
Shabbat (Sabbath) begins on Fridays at 6pm and ends on Saturdays at 6pm. The purpose is to help the church and Israel become reconciled in Messiah and to identify the rift, and the needed restoration. There is much in the church that needs to change before it can be fully reconciled with the Jew. Likewise, changes in Jewish thinking are also needed.
11th October 2019
Shabbat Shalom to all!
The amazing feast season:
We come now to the end of the feast season for this year, with the last of the seven feasts Tabernacles (Sukkoth) beginning on Sunday 13th October.
This report is an overview of the seven feasts, and what is of major importance, and what it all points to in the near future, prophetically.
The seven feasts contain the four spring feasts and the three fall feats, with the Feast of Pentecost in the middle.
The Spring Feasts are Passover (the cross), Unleavened bread (holiness), First fruits (resurrection) and Pentecost (the church age). These four feasts occur in quick succession because the historic events of the cross through to resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit occurred in quick succession. (Keep that in mind)
The Fall Feasts are Rosh Hashanah (Trumpets.) Yom Kippur (Atonement), Sukkoth (Tabernacles.) These three fall feasts have not yet had their prophetic fulfilment. They also occur in quick succession of each other.
Rosh Hashanah begins the time period known as the “days of awe,” which refers to the solemn period of introspection, judgement and new beginnings.
Yom Kippur occurs eight days after Rosh Hashanah. It symbolises divine judgement and forgiveness, so that the individual may be cleansed of sin. In fact, in practice it is a day of fasting. It is the most solemn of the feasts of the Lord.
The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkoth), occurs five days after Yom Kippur. This feast commemorates the historic original Exodus from Egypt into the wilderness. Prophetically it points to the coming spiritual exodus of the Jews from the Egypt, which is the world – to their Messiah and their eternal dwelling with Him. Temporary shelters are built symbolising Israel’s temporary dwelling in the wilderness on the way to The Promised Land and prophetically to the Millennium.
Many people especially the Catholics, reject the feasts and many change the order in violation of Leviticus 23:4 (Amp) “These are the set feasts or appointed seasons of the Lord, holy convocations you shall proclaim at their stated times.”
The feasts are permanently “set” in the times God has stated for them.
Christians do not need to celebrate the feasts in a legalistic manner, but we must at least identify with them and know well the major, important messages contained in them. (It is a blessing to celebrate them). You may not disregard their prophetic importance or change the order.
The feasts are not for the Jews only. The Bible calls them the Feasts of the Lord. But think about this: If you, as many do, say that the feasts are for the Jews only, then you have to say that the events of the cross are for the Jews only! Sorry Reverend Dumbish, you can’t cherry pick what suits you.
Amazing patterns in the Feasts:
There are many who teach that the rapture of the church will happen on one of days of Pentecost, because of certain associations of the rapture with Pentecost. They are all wrong.
Before we go any further please have a very good look at this diagram above.
I have pointed out before that Pentecost is a trumpet-less feast. The final three feasts are all associated with trumpets. The rapture is associated with trumpets. The rapture can only be on a Feast of Trumpets. There are many other reasons. But consider this:
I have mentioned the time periods between the feasts (diagram), for a good reason.
The time period between the first feast, Passover (the cross) and Pentecost (The church age), is very short. Then from the Feast of Pentecost to the next one, Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) is a long four months. That time period between the spring feasts and the fall feasts is called, “The long hot summer.” We are right now at the very end of the long hot summer, which ends with Rosh Hashanah (trumpets) and the final two in quick succession.
The reason for the long hot summer is because the church age is a long period of time compared to the time intervals between the other events, signified by feasts.
Do you see why the rapture can’t occur on a Feast of Pentecost? No it can’t - it just doesn't fit! The Feast of Pentecost was fulfilled by the start of the church age. It has been prophetically fulfilled. We are now at the very end of the long hot summer! There is no such thing as a feast having two prophetic fulfilments.
If the rapture has to happen on a Feast of Pentecost that would mean that the previous feast, Firstfruits, would have been fulfilled by the start of the church age! That would throw everything out of sync and make them all nonsensical.
It is most important to understand that the first four feasts, Passover to Pentecost were fulfilled by the events of the cross and the coming of the Holy Spirit. In terms of prophetic fulfilment these four feasts were and are for the born-again church exclusively.
Now as we come to the final three feasts a great, dramatic switch takes place. The coming fulfilment of these final, fall feasts are fulfilled by Israel and are for Israel.
Rosh Hashanah starts the tribulation; Yom Kippur will be fulfilled by the judgment of the wrath of God, and Sukkoth by the end of the tribulation, Second Coming and Millennium.
The church is not awaiting the tribulation, judgment on sin. That’s a done deal – at the cross. The church is not awaiting the tribulation and the wrath of God. The church is not awaiting the Second Coming. We will be returning with our Lord at that time. That’s all a done deal through the cross!
So the application and fulfilment of the fall feasts can only relate to Israel in the tribulation. The first four feasts are within the “mystery” that is the church and the three final feasts are outside of the mystery which is the church.
This is one of many reasons why Rosh Hashanah has to see the removal of the church, ending the church age and starting the tribulation.
This Rosh Hashanah went by uneventfully, but not Yom Kippur, which is also the anniversary of the Yom Kippur War of 1967 in which Jerusalem was restored to Jewish control. Now on this Yom Kippur, we saw the actual invasion of northern Syria by Turkey begin – on the very day! This will, no doubt lead to the Isaiah 17 war and other prophesied wars into which Israel will be dragged in.
Do you see how amazing this is? Do you see how accurately and well the whole gigantic story is spelt out and plotted? How accurate the Bible is.
And the Catholics and their half-baked masses get rid of the feasts and replace them with the unholy, occult, pagan, satanic, pig-eating feats of Easter and Christmas, which have no prophetic message at all.
Bear in mind that Bible calls the Feasts of the Lord “Holy convocations!” Pagan practices that are world-based, originating in Babylon are all cursed!
Godly wisdom, like gold is the purest, oldest form of genuine wealth there is. It is an immense store of value that is indestructible. It pays great dividends! Follow those who have it and beware of those with a handful of glittering fool’s gold.
►There is a very interesting biblical alignment between these seven feasts and the seven mysteries of the Bible, which I’ll touch on in the new edition.
Edition 253. April 1st 2015
How to be safe in this day (Passover /Easter edition):
How to be safe in this day (Passover / Easter edition):
Bear in mind that Passover on the 4th April is also the time of the next blood moon.
Is this a dead guy lying in front of the cross? Yes and no – how’s that for an answer?
“You have been crucified with our Messiah”, says the Bible. That means that you are dead! But then comes resurrection to newness of life, separated from the old life. That means that we are more alive than ever before, in fact, the living dead!
In a nutshell this is the answer to a successful life and a safe life in this day – to die! Embrace the cross of Calvary and take up your own cross and die daily.
This wonderful work of the cross reaches into our self-life, our relationship with the world and it deals with the demonic attacks in our lives.
The work of the cross separates us and makes us otherworldly and in a sense mysterious to the unsaved, but known as a close friend by our great God.
But, in these days there are many obstacles to us fulfilling God’s word and call on our lives and its getting a lot worse very fast!
In this edition I want to look at how idolatry has crept into the church and a few other issues that we need to deal with to keep us secure in our Lord’s kingdom now.
The hijacking of the church:
Most people have no idea how far the church has been taken off-track. Going into church history is a really liberating thing to do, if you do so with your spiritual eyes open. Does it matter, or should we just go along blindly? I think you know the answer to that. (1 Corinthians 1:10)
What or who is the standard? It is the early church before the advent of Constantine and the Catholic church. This early church was Hebraic in character, had a great many Jews and Gentiles within it and had absolutely none of the characteristics of Babylon and Rome within church practice.
It’s no secret that Satan hates the work of God. It’s no secret that Satan hates the Jews and especially hates Jews coming to salvation, because that is one of the big prophetic events signalling his final end. It’s no secret that Satan hates the true Christian.
Here are a few major questions for you: The early church had a Hebraic character and celebrated Biblical convocations like the feasts of the Lord. Why did the Catholic church interfere with them and change so much of the character of the original Church?
●Why did they change the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday (by their own admission if you look it up)?
●Why did the Catholic church get rid of Passover, replacing it with Easter making this a “floating” event so that Easter would never fall on the same day as Passover?
●Why did the Catholic church get rid of the name “Passover” and replace it with the name of the Babylonian sex goddess, Ishtar (Easter)?
●Why did the Catholic church replace the Passover lamb with Easter ham?
●Why did the Catholic church introduce Christmas on the 25th December, the birthday of Nimrod and a host of other Babylonian gods? Why are so many of the rituals of Christmas rooted in paganism?
Do you see it? I hope you do. What is the one common denominator running through these things above?
The single big common denominator is that these things were all done by the Catholics to keep the Jews out of the church. These things re-characterised the church making it a place hostile to Jews. Jews were once before in Babylonian captivity. Do you think they would want to go again into a new captivity now being led by the church?
Don’t you think it’s interesting that the Catholic church, in spite of its size and time in existence has got almost no Jewish members? Why is it that the Catholic church has done nothing at all ever to bring Jews to salvation? Why is it that the Catholic church has never once obeyed the verse declaring that the gospel is to go the Jew first? Why is it that the Catholic church has the dubious record of killing the most Jews throughout history?
It is all because of their satanic motivation, anti-Semitism and hatred for the Jews. This is essentially because of God’s choice and favour to the Jews.
The following exposition is of major importance:
Easter / Passover:
The name Passover (Pesach) means “freedom” It is a celebration of freedom from the bondage of Egyptian slavery. We all know the story of the children of Israel in Egyptian captivity in the days of Moses.
The Jews were finally delivered from Egypt by Moses and led out eventually landing up in the Promised Land, which is Israel today.
Interestingly the plagues of Egypt intensified because there was no repentance in the land. Isn’t that just what happens in the tribulation? We see unrepentant, wicked people turning on God because of His judgements. In fact it’s no different today. You go and tell an Easter-celebrating pastor to repent of his Easter-witchcraft and see what he says to you!
Egypt is always a type of the world system under the rule of Satan. It is also a type of the second Exodus and the Jews returning to the land of Israel from the nations of the world before their mass salvation.
There is enormous symbolism and meaning in Passover, which many Christians know nothing about at all. The symbolism of Passover is freedom from slavery, bondage and deliverance to a new Promised Land of glory.
►My friend Rabbi Jonathan Cahn recently did an excellent teaching entitled “Amazing mysteries of Passover and Palm Sunday in the Scriptures.” You can see the clip HERE.
So, if Passover is a type of freedom and in fact means freedom, have a guess what Easter means and is a type of?
Easter is rooted in the celebration evil, of captivity and bondage.
The symbolism of Easter is not coming out of Egypt but going into Egypt and becoming enslaved to the gods of this world.
The name Easter is a transliteration of the name of the evil Babylonian sex-goddess, Ishtar. She was worshipped in a satanic temple by men having repeated sex with her. The name Ishtar means “god of fertility”.
Ishtar was often seen with a boar and a pig. One of the methods of Ishtar worship included the eating of a pig. Have a look at the video clip by Jonathan Cahn above and you will see all the intricate details of why lamb and not ham was to be eaten at Passover.
Ishtar is also known as the “queen of heaven” and the mother who had given birth to the world and still remained a virgin! She is also known as the sister of the sun and the sex-goddess of the underworld. She was also believed to be the mother of Tammuz who was killed and rose again according to their legends. Ishtar has numerous other attachments to the occult.
Representations of her have been unearthed. She was always seen in the nude with a rabbit and eggs, being symbols of fertility.
So, what does Easter mean and represent? You tell me. Compare Easter with Passover and do you see why the Catholic church is such a reprehensible institution.
The main problem with all of this is that the Catholics have been so successful, led by Satan, that the whole world has bought into the great deception. Most of the church blindly accepts it all and participates in the evil without question.
Have you ever wondered why church ministers won’t drop their enslavement to occult, pagan Easter, Christmas and the like? It’s because their flocks love these idols. It’s far too difficult to get them to break from their idolatrous love for the world and its traditions.
The problem is that many people have difficulty identifying these enemies, because they’ve been so “acclimatised” to these things, believing that participation is normal.
There is always a good way to tell if a convocation or tradition is of God or of the devil. Who are the participants? Does the world celebrate Christmas and Easter? Of course they do to the point of idolatry. Does the world celebrate Passover and the Feats of the Lord? – Not a chance! That alone should tell you that one is of the world and its god and the other of the Bible and our Lord.
Now you may contest, saying that you don’t worship the devil in these things like Easter, you may say that you worship the true God, but you just use the name Easter. Actually you’re a liar. You don’t just use the name. You cut out and remove Passover; you play with childish, satanic Easter bunnies and devilish eggs. You eat the Easter ham instead of the Passover lamb and you do it all on the same day that the Catholics ordained for the practise. On top of this you teach your kids this satanically charged garbage.
By the way, the King James version of the Bible uses the word “Easter”. It is WRONG. The original word is “Pashah” the Greek derivative of the Hebrew “Pesach”. Sorry King James onlyists – your hobby horse is crippled.
Now let me show you something amazing from the following verses:
1 Corinthians 5:7-8 “Purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you are truly unleavened. For indeed Messiah our Passover was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the (Passover) feast...”
Exodus 23:13 “Be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other gods, nor let it be heard from your mouth.”
Jeremiah 10:2 “Do not learn the way of the pagans.” (This goes on to condemn the cutting down of the fir tree and decorating it with gold and silver!)
Deuteronomy 12:30-31 “Take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed before you, and that you do not enquire after their gods, saying ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.’ You shall not worship the Lord your God in that way...”
This amazing discourse ends in Deuteronomy 12:41 “So these nations feared the Lord, yet served their carved images; also their children and their children’s children have continued doing as their fathers did even to this day.”
Did you read the verses? Okay here we go.
Note that God commands His people to do certain things and not to do certain things. He says, “Do not learn the ways of the Pagans.” He says, “Don’t even use the pagan names.” He says, “Don’t worship Me that way.” He condemns serving God mixed with pagan names and practices!
He says, “Do keep the feast of Passover.”
So what does the church do? It does exactly the opposite of these verses and leads their sheep to do the same.
Coming out or going in:
Passover symbolises freedom from bondage and the coming out of Egypt, a type of the world. Easter symbolises going into bondage and slavery to Egypt, a type of the world. There is no Passover in Easter, even though that’s what the Easter service may be about.
Think about this: The children of Israel had to sprinkle the blood of the slain lamb on their doorposts so that the death angel would Passover them. The lamb’s blood is a type of our Messiah’s sacrifice. Easter participants reject Passover. They are in effect proclaiming death to Israel. They have no slain lamb but a slain pig, a type of the antichrist!
Passover also has a future symbolic application. It represents the return of the Jews to their promised land ahead of their mass salvation. By celebrating Easter and removing Passover you are again proclaiming, albeit in type and shadow, death to Israel.
These things characterise you and identify you.
But more than that, they have a supernatural charge to them. They have spirits in them.
Here’s the big takeaway. The Jews were in bondage in Egypt and in Babylon. They were led out into freedom and into the promises of our God. Easter has nothing to do with deliverance from Egypt and Easter is riddled with the occult gods of Babylon.
The Jews do notice that you represent the convocations and traditions of God or the devil!
Passover is associated with unleavened bread, which is type of holiness or the removal of sin. Easter is associated with leavened bread which would be a type of sin.
“Judgement begins in the house of the Lord”
If you have a healthy fear of the Lord as you should have, you will judge yourself now so that you be not judged. Those with no fear of the Lord in them will not judge themselves rightly but will end up being judged by our Lord.
Destroying all traces of pagan practice in your life may be costly. It will make you unpopular with the Christian masses and the spineless pastors. It will make you very special to our Lord. He will honour your commitment and dedication to Him. He will fill you with joy. What a joy it is to be clean and holy before our Lord!
Judgement is already falling on much of the church. It is becoming blinded to its terrible destiny. In many instances the church has departed so far from the scriptural truths it is lost. Of course there are some who are following our Lord well.
You must know Bible prophecy:
If you want to be safe with God in these days you must know Bible prophecy well.
Bible prophecy constitutes about 27% of the Bible. It includes the final act of the greatest drama of all time.
I am constantly shocked at how ignorant most believers are about this all-important subject. Their ignorance is very dangerous because Satan sows his seeds into the fertile grounds of ignorance.
The reason most are ignorant on Bible prophecy is because the leaders are either ignorant themselves or won’t preach and teach on the subject, because of their love for the world. There are many reasons for this, but the one big overriding reason is that they have no fear of the Lord.
You Tube and other internet media are powerful tools to spread the gospel. But they are also tools of the devil. It’s amazing to me just how much pure garbage there is out there. And it’s always the gullible who fall victim to the material put out by the gullible.
You must be discerning.
Here are a few keys in identifying false prophets, deception and pure error:
●Beware of the person who says, “The Lord told me with an audible voice.” Yes the Lord can speak how He chooses, but generally these people have a self-importance problem. They want to prove themselves right and other wrong.
●Beware of the person who says, “The Lord told me” and it doesn’t come to pass exactly as said. If it doesn’t the person is a false prophet and must be thrown out of your lives. Don’t ever entertain what that person says again. (Jeremiah 28:9, Deuteronomy 18:22)
●Beware of the person using all manner of manipulation and persuasion in his words!
●Beware of the person who is a novice in the Lord. (1Timothy 3:6)
●Beware of those with an agenda. For example many use scripture to promote a right wing or left wing political agenda. You do not use the scriptures to promote your hobby horses. Those who do, always ignore, or are ignorant of the scriptures that destroy their hobby horses.
●Beware of ministers who try to bring you under the dominion of the law. The law has its place but it is the shadow, not the substance.
●Beware of the person whose focus is on the things of the world himself, and the things of the world are his main message.
●Beware of the showmen ministers with expensive watches, two Rolls Royce cars, a jet and a number of homes, chauffeurs and the like.
●Beware of ministers and ministries who compare themselves among themselves. (2 Corinthians 10:12.)
●Beware of ministers justifying the values systems of the world, for example, homosexuality.
●Beware of the minister who is involved in or promotes interfaith.
●Beware of all ministries where the cross of Messiah is not central.
Here are a few keys in identifying the messenger of truth:
●Truth includes the full gospel, all of it - nothing left out. This would include Bible prophecy and the associated warnings of judgement to come. Paul said, “I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God.” (Acts 20:27)
●This person would be very careful and sure when saying “The Lord told me”. In fact he would more often say, “I sense the Lord saying”.
●The date setter is in fact saying that “the Lord told me this is the date”, otherwise it would not be “set”. There is a very big difference between watching, being ready, praying, knowing the signs and date setting.
It is the command of the Lord to know the signs of the times. This obviously includes dates to within a fairly close time-frame. Not knowing the “day and hour” is not being ignorant of or disinterested in the week, month or year.
As we approach the time of the rapture, I expect our Lord to open up knowledge of the timing of His coming more and more. We will know by the signs and the revelation word of our Lord that the time is approaching faster and faster!
My most enduring prayer, which has often been accompanied with long fasts on water alone has and still is, “My Lord, that I may know you more deeply and intimately and make you known” I think I began praying that in the late 70s.
There is much more that comes with a prayer like that, because it is life-changing. In fact it is life-shattering. Then in much brokenness and humility our Lord begins His deep work in us. It’s painful because we are crushed, leaving everything of the world and what we thought about this or that in a pile with the cow dung.
The resurrection life of our Lord Himself begins to infuse into our lives. The futility of all the things we chased after becomes evident and new life of incomprehensible value and glory begins to manifest.
I’ve always been a lover of all things beautiful including art, classical music, architecture, environment, animals, nature, landscape and the like. I’ve always had a hatred for destroyers of beauty and since 1980 a specific hatred of destroyers of holiness. One day I know I will be overjoyed at the destruction of the destroyers of this beauty, and specifically God’s creation. We will one day soon be delighted in an entire universe full of holiness.
The big bottom line in staying safe in these days is to know the truth very well, know its author very well, and maintain a broken, soft, humble heart before our Lord and His word and to have a hard impenetrable heart to all error and deception.
Give yourself in total surrender to no man, church, or institution, but only to our Lord and Saviour. Judge all doctrine according to the pure word of God with no influences from the so-called church fathers or reformers.
Those bringing false doctrines, errors and deceptions into the church are to be avoided. The Bible says we are to have no fellowship with them. Don’t even receive them into your homes. Rebuke them and expel them.
Seek purity and holiness – you will find it close by.
My friends at the end of the day you are not answerable to the church fathers, the denominations, the Catholics, your church pastor or anyone. You are answerable to the living, holy King of eternal glory.
Imagine standing before God one day and telling Him what you thought life was about and what salvation was about. He might pause and then tell you what it IS about and that it was right before your eyes all along!
Psalm 101:3-6 “I will set no wicked thing before my eyes. I hate the work of those who fall away; it shall not cling to me. A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will not know wickedness...My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with Me; He who walks in a perfect way, (Lit=blameless), he shall serve Me.”
In closing here is a beautiful rendition of Psalm 121, so appropriate for Israel in these days. It is HERE
I did this painting by firstly dividing it up into segments. I’ve used semi-abstract organic forms to represent the feel inside a forest.
I took this picture in the serene, beautiful Naukluft mountain area of the Namib Desert, where I have spent much time in the past.
If you want to see more pictures of this incredibly beautiful area click HERE.
Shalom and grow in grace!
